Things To Check For: Make sure breakers are on make sure all motors are working condenser motor located in back of refrigerators and the evaporator fan motor located in the freezer. If the condenser coil is dirty this will also cause problems if your refrigerator has water on the door make sure water valve to appliance is turned on and filter is up to date and you have the thermostat at the desired temperatures.

Stove Range

Things To Check For: Reset time cook function if your oven has one. Make sure oven is plugged in and there is power to outlet. Check pilot if your stove has one. inspect your oven burners and elements. Clean regularly and unplug oven while cleaning.

Washer / Dryer

Things To Check For: Clean out dryer lint filter to maximize efficiency. Dry washer door and gaskets open door on top loaders to circulate air through appliance. make sure appliance is level. Use proper amount of detergents that is recommended from the manufacturer not what it says on the box you can damage some models with pods. Remove damp clothes immediately to prevent mold and mildew build up.
